What are your candles made of?
Our candles are hand-poured in small batches using a natural blend of coconut and soy wax, premium fragrance oils infused with essential oils, and lead-free cotton wicks. This ensures a clean, long-lasting burn.
What is the burn time for your candles?
Our standard 8oz candles have an approximate burn time of 50-60 hours when cared for properly. To maximize burn time, always trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each use and allow the wax to melt to the edges of the jar on the first burn.
Do you offer international shipping?

What is your return policy?
We want you to love your Ember & Oak purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return any unused candle in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Please visit our returns page for more details.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes! All of our products are 100% vegan, paraben-free, phthalate-free, and are never tested on animals. We are committed to using ethically sourced and sustainable ingredients.
How can I care for my candle?
For the best experience, trim your wick to 1/4" before every burn. On your first light, allow the wax pool to reach the jar's edge to prevent tunneling. Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time, and always keep the candle on a heat-resistant surface away from drafts, pets, and children.
